IAB creates the Broadband Committee (later renamed Digital Video Committee), developed to focus on video advertising as a unique offering in the digital advertising landscape
2006
Vindico® introduces first marketer-facing ad server dedicated to video.
2008
IAB introduces VAST (Video Ad Serving Template), the first delivery standard to easily serve video fostering an environment where advertisers can quickly grow and scale into digital video.
2009
IAB introduces VPAID (Video Player Ad Interface Definition), allowing greater standardization of delivery and interactive capabilities.
2010
Vindico® is first video ad server to receive MRC Accreditation – a status maintained every year since.

First time Vindico® delivers over 1 billion impressions within single month.

Jeff Collins is the Chief Revenue Officer for Interactive Media Holdings – the digital media family of companies that includes Vindico, Specific Media, Myspace and Xumo. Jeff spearheads business and sales efforts, creating strategic partnerships and opportunities for advertisers to drive growth.

Jeff joined IMH in 2014 as CRO after an 18-year career with Time Warner where he held sales leadership positions across many brands. Jeff began his career with CNN in 1996 as a sales assistant and ascended positions in responsibility and title; he was named vice president in 2007, and senior vice president in 2012. As vice president of CNN Ad Sales, Jeff played a key role in strategic positioning of CNN and HLN during the Upfront season, identifying and communicating the key network initiatives, latest research and directional sales focus for the news teams in New York and across the national offices.

Ezra Suveyke serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product for Vindico. Notably, Suveyke is the author and architect of the Company’s leading edge advertising campaign management suite. The first advertising platform developed from the ground up for video.
Jason Knapp is the EVP of Product at Vindico. He has spent more than two decades pursuing innovations in digital media and exploring what’s next in advertising. Knapp currently leads the Vindico ad systems product and development team and sister company Xumo’s Smart TV platform. He previously oversaw design and product management of the recently reimagined Myspace. Knapp also co-founded Strategic Data Corp (SDC), which created the first sophisticated digital ad optimization and serving system. That company was acquired by News Corp. in 2007 and became the foundation of Fox Interactive’s online advertising platform. There he was also responsible for creating the industry’s first real-time-bidding (RTB) platform to link separate advertiser and publisher systems, which has been widely adopted by the industry.
Jerrold Son is a 12 year veteran in the digital media space. Today Son serves as the SVP of Operations managing the programmatic offerings including Adtricity, Vindico Open Exchange and the Vindico Bid Manager. Prior to joining Vindico, Son served as VP of Operations at Specific Media for six years helping oversee the growth of the ad network business and integrating operations teams from mergers and acquisitions of BBE, Adviva and Myspace.
